Our Philosophy

The founder of Biz Real Estate set out with the focus of serving the business community and has one thing in mind, you and your business. If your business is a building investment with leasing and selling needs, or if your business is looking for a building to start or expand operations, we are here to serve you and help you reach your goals.

After working for other real estate firms, our founder felt that many real estate firms attempt to do it all, and are therefore unable to serve their clients well. At Biz Real Estate we know our core competencies and focus on serving business minded entrepreneurs and their real estate requirements.

Your Needs

We enjoy what we do and we will assist you in accomplishing your goals by providing as much detailed information as possible to help you make an informed decision. If you are a property owner, you know there is nothing better than a successful and stable tenant that pays their rent on time, every time. If you are a business the saying “location is everything” holds true and if the location is not matched to your audience you might as well toss your hard earned savings out the window while driving down the freeway. Our goal is to match you with the best fit for your situation, whether you are the investor or the end user.

The Process

After we provide you information that will set you apart from your competition, we provide diligence and advice throughout the entire process. We handle all real estate documentation and make sure that professional council is sought when needed. We keep the deal on track and serve as an intermediary, taking the blow back of emotions that often creep out during a deal. We make sure that you are informed at all times with our own Biz Real Estate web based system, with client access to all of the details about your transaction. We communicate with you on a regular basis so that you are never wondering what the status is of your project is.

Our Firm

There is one final piece of important information that you should know. Biz Real Estate does not train real estate agents! We only allow successful real estate brokers into our firm. We feel that agents do not have the time or expertise in the industry that a broker or associate broker will have. Brokers have shown professional development by taking the time to obtain the additional licensing qualifications. You will never have a representative from Biz Real Estate that is learning the basics on your time. That doesn’t mean we know everything, and we are continually striving to learn more to better serve you. Simply we are the best and we will not jeopardize your deal with lack of knowledge.
